On October 3 2017,  I "crashed" a hearing set by the California State Senate Judiciary Committee to address “Combatting Hate While Protecting the Constitution” in Sacramento. The point of the hearing was to determine the point where free speech meets hate speech, and where hate speech should start being censored. As you can imagine, I had some pretty strong feelings about this. 

The hearing featured testimony by many left-wing public figures but failed to incorporate any feedback from conservatives, despite the fact that right-wing and center-right speakers like myself have encountered hateful backlash on college campuses in recent months.
